Tenon and mortise—traditional Chinese furniture technique, are the main technique and structure in Smangus furniture. According to the type of furniture, we use the suitable structure to make them stable, detailed and durable.

The foremost reason we choose our coating is if it’s healthy to our body and environmentally friendly. Secondly, according to the types of timber, the most suitable treatment is served on the surface of furniture to protect it and reveal it’ natural texture.
Eco Lacquer
Provide a perfect coating, and maintain a smooth texture. Durable for moisture, oil and other liquid.
Oil
it’s environmentally friendly, and preserves the natural surface of the wood, as well as a breathable coating. Moreover, easy for maintenance.
Raw lacquer
it’s a natural material and provides shiny, lasting coating. Especially, durable for liquid and dirt.
1.Wipe with dry cotton cloth, no chemical detergent. Daily stains can be cleaned with damp cloth in lukewarm water. Keep it dry, and wipe away the spills on it as soon as possible.
2.Prevent the direct sunlight; keep a cup of water if used in a room with air conditioner. Keep an eye on unsteady change of moisture and temperature which usually easily cause the cracks of wood.
3.Wood is natural substance, and is easily affected to shrink or expand by the environmental temperature and moisture. All these variation are natural.
